Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing Times: We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States. Each location has optimized access to specific carriers, so we select either UPS or USPS based on the most efficient option for your destination. A flat rate of $20 is charged at checkout for Standard or Priority Shipping, which includes both shipping and handling costs. This is not an express service. All shipments come with carrier-provided insurance in case of loss or damage during transit. While we do our part to process and ship orders quickly, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping services. USPS tends to update their tracking late, so give it some time if it is stuck in transit. Sometimes it takes a couple days to get scanned in at a hub.
